These are in the subconscious and are therefore not comprehensible (detectable?) and solvable with the mind alone. Understanding and resolving the causes and replacing the destructive and negative beliefs with positive and life-supportive ones will bring your life back into flux, or really into flow.

This was developed by the Englishwoman Marisa Peer, who trained me. By accessing the subconscious, you recognize the connection between your past and early childhood experiences and your current situation. You were unaware of how you dealt with yourself and how you behaved in relationships with others. Maybe you fooled yourself and just ignored some things. Most traumatic experiences happen in early childhood, but they continue to have lasting effects in limiting, debilitating and negative beliefs and thoughts and the unhealthy, harmful or sabotaging behaviors.
Ultimately, the following beliefs are behind most topics: I’m not good as I am; I am not enough; I can’t do enough; I am not beautiful, intelligent, slim, young, smart, tall, fit, fast enough; I do not have enough time, money, aptitude, education, etc.; there are not enough opportunities, good jobs etc. I am not loveable as I am; I’m not important; If others knew how I really am, they would not like me, etc.

Problem situations or illnesses can be very uncomfortable and painful. But they are really just a disguise behind which hide opportunities. They point out that it’s time to change something and let go of things that no longer serve or even harm you. With RTT I can support you in a powerful and beneficial way.

Procedure of an RTT session
During an RTT session, I first clarify what specific results and improvements you want to see. Then I show you how to get into a deep, relaxed state. The steps are easy. In this pleasant state of deep relaxation, the brain waves switch to the alpha wave range (or REM range).
You can remember past experiences and understand how they have led to the current problem or situation. Then the burdening relationships are ended and the limiting, debilitating beliefs and thought patterns are replaced by strengthening, healthy and loving ones. One result is the imagination and then implementation of free, constructive, healthy and loving behaviors.
Often it is still necessary to become aware of the injured, terrified, insecure or neglected inner child, understanding and loving it, before it can grow properly and with strength, clarity and self-confidence take responsibility for its own life, relationships and decisions.
Then I will make a 15 to 20 minute recording for you and I recommend listening to it every day for at least three weeks. The more time and rest you take for self-awareness, awareness of your intentions, feeling gratitude and consciously establishing positive habits in thinking, speaking and acting, the more positive the changes will be.
Frequently asked questions about RTT
RRT uses a form of hypnosis or deep relaxation in which you are completely relaxed but always present. They perceive themselves in a deeper and focused way and then they can remember everything. Some people are skeptical when they hear the word hypnosis. They think that then they are in a trance state and do not know what happens to them. That’s not at RTT at all. They are present and take everything true. Nothing happens that you do not want to do yourself. The positive and uplifting sentences will feel good and remind you who you really are.
If someone is not ready for hypnosis or deep relaxation, there are many healing steps in RTT that can lead to significant changes and improvements even without hypnosis.
If you are worried that certain reminders might burden you. Here too I can reassure you. You do not experience the events again, but look like you’re on a screen. They perceive the experiences in a new consciousness. Today, they are no longer the dependent child, but grown up and able to act self-determined and self-confident. It may be that intense feelings come up that are still stored in your body and that you have suppressed until now. If so, you will find that very liberating.

WHY IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY BETTER THAN REGULAR HYPNOTHERAPY?
Because RTT is so much more!
Hypnotherapy is great! When done well – it gives you a chance to give positive suggestions to your subconscious mind. In solution based hypnotherapy the therapist will focus on the solution not the problem, which can help with a number of issue, but at the end of the day you are still not releasing the initial event that led to the behaviour or belief, and hence much more likely to relapse.

RTT gives you a clear understanding of exactly how and why you formed the belief or behaviour and as RTT founder Marisa Peer states “understanding is power”. This is at the crux of RTT – once you understand why you behave in a certain way – you can negotiate with your subconscious mind and release it! It’s like a lightbulb moment!
RTT uses various other powerful tools whilst the client is in hypnosis to ensure that the belief or behaviour or illness is properly dealt with. Alongside principles of NLP and CBT, Marisa has developed some ground-breaking techniques that we – her therapists use with our clients: To enable your inner child to finally move on, that enable you to dialogue with the person who may have hurt you and more. We also use an extremely power tool called Command Cell Therapy – which was created by Marisa following groundbreaking scientific research into cells called Epigenetics. Most other hypnotherapists don’t insist on their clients listening to a transformational hypnosis for 3 weeks after the session – but RTT recognises that it’s not just the belief, it’s also in the habit and it take at least 3 weeks (21 days) to change a habit – so this way you are certain to get the maximum effect possible from your investment.
Most hypnotherapists require you to go back for sessions over the course of a few months at great cost in time and money.
